Carrier is seeking an Experienced Delivery Assurance professional responsible for tracking and shipping processes, implementing solutions, and driving improvements to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires strong MRP and SAP experience within a manufacturing setting and collaboration across procurement, quality assurance and operations.

• Experience using MRP systems to manage materials, planning and delivery.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in English for communication and reporting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

• Identify potential supply disruptions and plan recovery actions.
• Provide daily status reports and lead delivery commitments.
• Investigate delivery failures and drive root cause actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, QA and operations to remove bottlenecks.
• Support delivery assurance processes to meet day-to-day objectives.
• Implement solutions for shipment coordination and shortages.
• Deploy delivery assurance systems to identify shortages early.
• Engage with other departments to meet customer requirements.

About the role

Experienced Delivery Assurance professional. Manages tracking and shipping processes. Responsible for implementing solutions and process improvements for shipment and supplier issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Monitoring: Track the flow of critical parts through supplier facilities from raw materials to final delivery.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain disruptions early and build recovery plans for shortages or capacity constraints.
• Expediting & Reporting: Provide daily status reports, maintain open order reports, and brief leadership on delivery commitments.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate reasons for delivery failures and apply corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams to remove bottlenecks
• Manages delivery assurance processes and / or works to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectives.
• Implements solutions to issues such as the coordination of shipments, sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.
• Implements process improvements and deploys delivery assurance system to ensure early identification of shortages.
• Collaborates with other departments as necessary with regard to meeting customer requirements, minimizing negative impacts on a business in the case of shortages.
• Ensures timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using SAP.
• Practical to substantial knowledge of organizational programs, systems, and processes, with the ability to identify improvements and apply them in day-to-day operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• English proficiency
