Ericsson GmbH in Mexico City is seeking a SOX Reconciliation Analyst to strengthen and scale reconciliation capabilities across the company. You will build and maintain reconciliations, support existing processes, and develop new ones for teams across the business.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and hands-on SOX experience, with strong English communication and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• Hands-on SOX experience is required.
• Experience in reconciliation activities in a related industry (telecommunications, financial services, SaaS, or utilities).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and cross-functional teamwork.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze reconciliation exceptions to identify trends and root causes.
• Perform daily account reconciliations using various systems and procedures.
• Identify process improvements to increase billing and reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to reports and metrics for workflow improvement and performance analysis.
• Reduce manual work through automation and new technologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support reconciliation initiatives and deadlines.
