Solutions QA Engineer - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a bilingual Solution QA Engineer to join our rapidly expanding solution development team. This role involves testing solutions built for Spanish-speaking customers using the Zinier platform and products. The primary focus will be to develop test plans and troubleshoot application failures.
Responsibilities:
- Test solutions based on test cases and requirements in Spanish
- Translate bugs and feedback for the engineering team from Spanish to English
- Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Perform regression testing after bug resolution
- Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (developers, product managers) to identify system requirements
- Track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
- Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies
Experience:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience testing Android, iOS, and Web applications
- Experience testing APIs
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
- Understanding of white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, UFT, Ranorex, etc.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency in SQL
- Understanding telecom use cases (preferred)
