WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a curious and motivated Solutions Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English. We need someone who wants to drive innovation in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), AI-driven customer engagement, and real-time data activation. In addition to supporting Tealium’s direct sales motion, this role will also play a key part in partner enablement and joint selling, helping agency and technology partners position, demonstrate, and integrate Tealium in market. You will collaborate with Tealium’s Americas Sales Team and partner ecosystem to understand customer challenges, shape solution architecture, create demonstrations and prototypes, and present value to Enterprise Architects, line-of-business users, and the CxO suite. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective customers by proving how Tealium’s CDP can combine their digital investments in marketing, e-commerce, mobile applications, and other mission-critical assets with their crucial customer data, which will result in greater customer insights and faster time to innovation. Your expertise will directly impact Tealium’s success by driving new business, enabling partners to confidently sell and deploy Tealium, and strengthening our position as a market leader in CDPs and customer data orchestration.

The ideal candidate will be located in or near Mexico City to facilitate regular on-site collaboration with prospects/customers and regional travel.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Engage and inspire customers by demonstrating how Tealium can transform their data strategy and drive measurable business outcomes
• Lead discovery meetings to understand prospects’ marketing, customer engagement, and AI-driven personalization needs within a technical context
• Provide technical guidance to internal sales teams and to partners, ensuring both are confident in positioning Tealium’s capabilities, value, and architecture best practices
• Create and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concept exercises (PoCs) for prospects, customers, and partners, both on-site and remotely
• Answer RFPs/RFIs articulating the value and technical merits of Tealium’s products and approach to addressing prospect needs
• Lead architectural discussions to demonstrate how Tealium’s solutions integrate seamlessly into customers’ architectures, environments, and workflows, enabling AI-driven customer experiences and actionable insights
• Enable agency and technology partners to position and demonstrate the Tealium platform, including training sessions, solution workshops, and collaborating in joint customer engagements
• Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends, emerging platforms, and new features of existing tools
• Contribute field knowledge and feedback to direct future product requirements/enhancements

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

• Ability to lead marketing process and technology discussions with business and technical audiences
• Deep understanding of Marketing Technology (Martech), AI-powered personalization, and Digital Marketing workflows and architectures
• Presentation skills and experience that demonstrate technical proficiency, business, and communication skills
• Ability to understand and uncover customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions
• Ability to work closely with internal teams (sales, product management, engineering, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of solutions
• Understanding of the sales process, cycles, and methodologies — including Value Selling and the Challenger Sale
• Understanding of AI/ML-driven marketing strategies, predictive insights, and the role of AI in Customer Data Platforms

This full-time position offers a base salary range of $MX 557,000 to $MX 1,115,000 Pesos annually, PLUS Commission Compensation, PLUS Stock Options.
