Zinier está buscando un Solution Architect bilingüe que se una a su equipo en Ciudad de México. Este rol incluye la creación de soluciones técnicas, la interacción con clientes y la colaboración con equipos de desarrollo. Se requiere un título en Ciencias de la Computación o Ingeniería, experiencia en un entorno de servicios al cliente, y habilidades excelentes de traducción y documentación. Los candidatos deben ser orientados al cliente, organizados y capaces de resolver problemas complejos.

Formación

  • Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en un entorno de servicios profesionales.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en redacción de documentación técnica.

Responsabilidades

  • Traducción de reuniones y documentación entre español e inglés.
  • Definir modelos de datos y flujos de proceso.
  • Colaborar con los desarrolladores para entregar sistemas de alta calidad.

It's an exciting time at ZINIER! Fresh off of our Series A from Accel Partners (one of Silicon Valley’s premier VCs), we are currently expanding our rockstar Solution Development team. Our Solution Development team is on a mission to build an easy-to-use solution based on industry best practices and customer requests. We are looking for a bilingual Solution Architect to define the workflows, data models and UI for web and mobile pages. This role ensures that the end solution that is designed and sold to the client (including the different technical or service components) meets the client requirements.

Ideally you have demonstrated an excellent track record for transforming business needs into technical requirements, envisioning the end result based on customer needs and identifying opportunities to optimize the customer’s current process. You should be a technically savvy, customer friendly, detail-oriented person. Job Description

Responsibilities:

Translate spanish-spoken meetings, notes and feedback into English for the english-speaking teams

Translate english content, feedback, and documentation to Spanish for the customer to review

Strong understanding of data models, relational database methodology, process flows and use cases

Determine technical constraints or limitations of proposed solution that is presented to the customer

Experience gathering, writing and reviewing technical requirements documents

Update requirements based on change requests or UAT feedback

Plan environment with performance optimization and scalability in mind

Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide solution recommendations, and drive delivery of the solution

Support pre-sales team in answering technical questions

Able to translate business needs to technical requirements

Collaborate with the Solution Developers to deliver a high quality system

Coordinate with Implementation Managers to maintain project schedule, and mitigate any delays by accurately providing time and effort estimates

Demonstrate technical leadership to deliver on-time/on-budget software by helping teams to accurately estimate effort

Define and maintain technical implementation documentation

Develop strong working relationships with other teams within the organization and foster cross team collaboration

Qualifications

Experience:

Fluent in Spanish and English - reading, writing and speaking

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably computer science or engineering) with Two to Four years related experience in a professional services / client-facing capacity

Experience defining specifications for APIs and technical workflows

Advanced experience writing user stories or technical documentation

Good technical knowledge of different Enterprise applications, integration, workflows, databases, etc.

Ability to solve complex problems by applying creativity, innovation, and technical concepts.

Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills

Experience with client services, project management, and solution delivery

Ability to envision and design complex solutions

High level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, and reliability

Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

PMP certification would be an advantage

A commitment to doing the right things the right way
