Aptiv is expanding its Monterrey footprint to advance ADAS, UX, Radar and Compute and Security solutions. This Software Supplier Manager will drive supplier management across critical software programs with global teams to ensure reliable, high-quality software delivery.

The role requires a engineering degree and 5+ years in embedded software or systems, plus 2+ years in software project or supplier management. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, computer or related field).
• 5+ years of experience as embedded software developer or Systems engineer.
• 2+ years of experience in software project management and/or software supplier management leading global teams.
• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE.
• Experience with AUTOSAR.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the Supplier management for the assigned products (ACQ.4).
• Evaluate vendor capabilities, technologies, and service offerings.
• Create and manage RFQ processes.
• Identify, select, and manage suppliers to develop reliable and safe software.
• Maintain comprehensive contract (SOW) documentation including negotiating favorable terms.
• Support Project teams in delivering software from SOWs per Aptiv quality expectations.
• Establish and track KPIs for suppliers and software quality.
