Aptiv PLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead global, cross‑functional teams from business award through product launch, delivering advanced driver‑assist systems (ADAS) to the consumer market. You will own end‑to‑end program planning, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee staffing and execution to meet milestones.

The role requires automotive project experience, OEM collaboration, and strong skills in planning, risk management, and cross‑functional leadership to drive successful product

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous project / program development experience within automotive.
• Demonstrated experience working with OEMs and understanding of their product development and program execution ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Industrialization Operating Systems, with experience supporting manufacturing readiness, program launches, and cross‑functional execution.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.

Responsabilidades

• Support project execution from business award through end‑of‑life for a particular set of vehicle programs or products.
• Champion Overall Project Plan, Reviews, and milestones.
• Risk Management through cross‑functional problem solving and mitigation strategy development.
• Support in Change Management to ensure any and all costs associated with a change are captured and quoted to maintain program profitability.
• Champion cross‑functional team discussions to ensure cooperation with the relevant technical experts (Engineering Project Leader, Quality, Sales, SCM, Manufacturing, etc.) is achieved to drive expected progress of product development and achieve overall project milestones.
