A leading data analytics company in Ciudad de México is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to building telemetry infrastructure essential for product support and monitoring. The ideal candidate must have a background in Computer Engineering, strong skills in Python, and some experience in software development. This role emphasizes collaboration in a fast-paced environment and requires effective communication skills.
At Teradata, we believe that people thrive when empowered with better information. That’s why we built the most complete cloud analytics and data platform for AI. By delivering harmonized data, trusted AI, and faster innovation, we uplift and empower our customers—and our customers’ customers—to make better, more confident decisions. The world’s top companies across every major industry trust Teradata to improve business performance, enrich customer experiences, and fully integrate data across the enterprise.
In this role you will contribute to building the telemetry infrastructure to enable instrumentation of products and services that interact with Teradata Vantage. Collecting, correlating, analyzing and acting on real-time telemetry data is at the heart of Observability, allowing us to effectively support, monitor and manage the Vantage systems for our enterprise customers at scale. Understanding how our systems are used is critical to fuel Teradata’s product led growth.
You will work with knowledgeable and passionate Architects and Engineers who are intimately familiar with the instrumentation data we collect, but also how we can leverage it to support the business and make our support staff, engineers and customers lives easier. You will report to the Telemetry Engineering Manager and be embedded in the scrum team and will interact frequently with globally distributed Architects, Product Managers and UX experts to collaboratively deliver new telemetry collection capabilities and associated tools.
