Integon, part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and enhance scalable web applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver features using C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server, mentoring others and promoting engineering best practices.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in an agile environment, and can lead technical discussions while delivering reliable, high-quality software across the full stack.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building and supporting full-stack web apps in production.
• Strong proficiency with C#, .NET Framework/CORE, ASP.NET, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Hands-on Angular with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong SQL Server experience with T-SQL and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and support scalable full-stack apps using C#, .NET, Angular, SQL Server.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and business teams to deliver features.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions to improve scale and performance.
• Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, and database queries.
• Create responsive UI with Angular and web technologies.
• Review code, promote best practices, and support testing/CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement durable fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Continuously evaluate tools to improve productivity and quality.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack development experience and deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance scalable web applications that support critical business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, solve complex technical challenges, contribute to architecture decisions, and help drive engineering best practices across the team. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on developer who writes clean, efficient code, thrives in an agile environment, and enjoys mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and support scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Partner with product, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality features that meet user and business needs.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions that improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, database queries, and stored procedures to support reliable application performance.
• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Review code, promote development standards, and help maintain high quality through testing and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and support a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability.
• Continuously evaluate tools, frameworks, and processes to improve team productivity and application quality.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and supporting full-stack web applications in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency with C#, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Hands‑on experience with Angular and solid front‑end development skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Strong database experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T‑SQL, stored procedures, and query performance tuning.

• Experience with Azure DevOps or Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and agile software development practices.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, application security, performance optimization, and maintainable code practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, collaborate effectively across teams, and contribute as a senior‑level engineering partner.
