A leading technology services company in Mexico City is looking for a Non IT Recruiter at the Mid-Senior level. The role involves designing and integrating AUTOSAR software stacks, developing BSW modules, and collaborating with Systems Engineering for software architecture alignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in debugging, software validation, and an understanding of ISO 26262 compliance. This full-time position offers a salary of MX$15,000 monthly.

Formación

• Experience with AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive software stacks.
• Proficiency in developing and integrating BSW modules.
• Understanding of functional safety standards like ISO 26262.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and integrate AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive software stacks
• Develop and configure BSW modules (MCAL, OS, COM, DCM, DEM, NVM, RTE)
• Support ECU software architecture, including SWC development and integration
• Perform AUTOSAR configuration using tools (DaVinci, EB tresos, Vector tools)
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering to align software architecture with system requirements
• Support DVP&R, software validation, and vehicle-level testing activities
• Debug and resolve software issues during SIL, MIL, HIL, and vehicle testing
• Support supplier software integration and interface alignment
• Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262) and automotive standards
• Participate in design reviews, technical issue resolution, and launch support
• Maintain documentation, lessons learned, and software release records
