Formación

• 3+ years of experience in application maintenance and support.
• Strong knowledge of Unix, SQL, and Java programming.

• Provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.

• Perform detailed RCA of issues in production and implement corrective actions.

We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities:

1. Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
2. Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
3. Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
4. Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
5. Focus on enhancing the performance of the applications.
6. Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.
7. Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams.
8. Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support.
2. Knowledge of Unix, SQL and other scripting languages.
3. Knowledge of programming language – preferably Java.
