We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico.

The role involves ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of software systems and infrastructure. The specialist will bridge the gap between development and operations, focusing on building and maintaining robust, scalable systems through automation, monitoring, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities include:

1. System Reliability and Availability: Monitoring system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios. Developing and implementing alerting mechanisms to detect and respond to issues quickly.
2. Automation and Infrastructure Management: Building and maintaining automated systems for deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure management using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
