Position Overview

The Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and managing online content that gets results. This includes social media posts, emails, and ads that build awareness, attract attention, and drive sales.

This role is for someone confident, creative, and independent. The right person takes ownership, solves problems, and speaks up with ideas. It’s not for someone who needs constant direction or avoids making decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
• Write and send marketing emails using Constant Contact
• Use AI tools (like custom GPTs) to help with ideas and writing
• Design visuals and short videos using stock photos or footage
• Respond to comments and messages to keep audiences engaged
• Track results and suggest ways to improve performance
• Work with the internal team to align content with marketing campaigns
• Run and manage paid ads through Meta Business Manager
• Keep the brand message and tone consistent across all channels
• Report on performance and key metrics
• Help build simple email funnels and automated sequences

Qualifications & Skills

• Based in Latin America (for time zone and communication alignment)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — required
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients
• Strong background in social media management, ideally B2C
• Skilled with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and post schedulers
• Familiar with Constant Contact and ClickFunnels (preferred)
• Comfortable managing paid ads and reviewing analytics
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects independently
