Job summary

QuadSci, a New York-based AI startup, seeks a hands-on IT operations and security specialist to own the internal stack (Vanta, Snyk, ngrok, OpenRouter, Exa), manage credentials and IAM (SSO/MFA), and oversee releases and CI/CD pipelines.

You will administer Salesforce, run SOC 2 end to end in Vanta, handle pentests and vulnerability management, automate recurring IT and security tasks, and document systems and procedures.

Qualifications

• Combined experience in IT operations, application administration, release engineering, infrastructure and security.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS administration, IAM, employee devices and onboarding/offboarding.
• Experience with CI/CD, environment configuration, versioning and rollback.
• Hands-on experience running a SOC 2 program with continuous control monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer the internal stack (Vanta, Snyk, ngrok, OpenRouter, Exa) and manage credentials and IAM.
• Own releases, environments, CI/CD pipelines, rollback procedures and runbooks.
• Administer Salesforce permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Run SOC 2 end to end in Vanta, manage pentests and vulnerability reviews.
• Automate recurring IT, security, and compliance tasks and document procedures.
