Vertiv is seeking a Hub Site Manager in Monterrey, Mexico, to support operations and initiatives for the regional AMER support hub. You will ensure safe facilities, enable talent delivery, and align projects with HUB strategy while managing costs.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with HR, Facilities, EHS, IT, Finance, and Logistics, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across site operations and warehousing.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Facilities, or Procurement or related field.
  • Proven experience in Shared Services / Hub environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Position Summary

The Hub Site Manager will be responsible to support operations and initiatives in the regional AMER support hub located in Monterrey, Mexico, through the follow up and closure of projects that are aligned with the HUB strategy and all its stakeholders, making sure the facility provides a safe environment and the talent have everything to deliver successfully and within the right cost.

The Hub Site Manager will be responsible to support operations and initiatives in the regional AMER support hub located in Monterrey, Mexico, through the follow up and closure of projects that are aligned with the HUB strategy and all its stakeholders, making sure the facility provides a safe environment and the talent have everything to deliver successfully and within the right cost.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Site/HUB Leader in defining, planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving HR, Facilities, EHS, IT, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and other business functions, ensuring timely execution and successful closure.
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions that enhance productivity, employee experience, cost management, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local functional leaders, site management, and global teams regarding site initiatives, operational priorities, and business transformation projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Operational Excellence, and problem-solving methodologies to support business objectives and site performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership, influence, and recommendations in the development and execution of global and regional business strategies, ensuring alignment with site and organizational goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and upscale critical issues when necessary.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication, project governance, and delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Support budget management and expenditure control for site and HUB-related activities while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational metrics, employee engagement, productivity, compliance, and overall business performance.
  • Provide oversight and support for warehouse operations, inventory management activities, and logistics-related initiatives to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to improve material flow, inventory accuracy, transportation processes, and related business performance indicators.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the HUB and site operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attend and participate in global meetings, projects, and business reviews across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Site Leadership Team by driving strategic thinking, providing operational insights, and recommending growth opportunities through business expansion, process optimization, and the centralization of services aligned with HUB strategy
Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor´s Degree, HR, Facilities, Procurement background are desired
  • Experience and background with Shared Services / Hub environment
  • Gloman strategy & local action mindset
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient English langauge skills
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management and Cross-Functional Leadership.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management and Inventory Control processes.
  • Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Material Flow principles.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Budget planning and expense management experience.
  • Risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Knowledge of EHS, Facilities, and Site Services Management.
  • Experience supporting business transformation and organizational change initiatives.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and operational metrics management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics and develop action plans.
  • General understanding of manufacturing environments and plant operations is considered a plus.
