A global e-commerce leader seeks an experienced Operations Manager for its Monterrey site. The role involves managing operational budgets, guiding team culture, and driving quality initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, extensive experience in operations management, and strong leadership skills. Our Sort Center operations represents a strategic connectivity to reach our vision. Our Site Leaders are responsible for all safety, budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an entire building.
You’ll be based at one of our operational sites. Spending lots of time on site will help you develop your team and collaborate on operational planning. This role has two sides. You’ll manage and motivate a team of leaders. At the same time, you’ll focus on long‑term objectives, including creating contingency plans to keep operations running and mitigate against disruptions and driving initiatives that boost quality, safety and productivity. You’ll be a source of accountability and a business‑wide champion of best practice.
