Hilton Tulum / Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is seeking a Site Inspection Lead to showcase our resort, conduct personalized property tours, and build strong client relationships.

You’ll coordinate inspections with Sales and Events, prepare itineraries, track visit outcomes, and support the conversion of inquiries into bookings, while upholding brand standards and delivering a warm, professional experience.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Lead exceptional site inspections:Welcome prospective clients, showcase the resort’s venues and facilities, and deliver engaging, personalized property tours that highlight the unique experiences offered by Hilton Tulum and Conrad Tulum.
• Coordinate inspection logistics:Schedule site visits, prepare itineraries, arrange venue setups, and collaborate with operational departments to ensure each inspection is seamless and reflects brand standards.
• Support the sales process:Partner closely with the Sales and Events teams to identify client needs, provide property information, follow up on inspection outcomes, and contribute to converting opportunities into confirmed business.
• Build meaningful client relationships:Create memorable first impressions by understanding each client’s vision, answering questions, and delivering a warm, professional, and personalized experience throughout every visit.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting:Track site inspection activities, update client information in sales systems, prepare visit summaries, and provide insights that support business development and future sales strategies.
