Valeo Service in Juarez is seeking a Management Controller for the Site Management Control team. The role prepares reporting elements, the budget, the business plan and forecasts, and tracks performance against plans with close attention to cost data.

Formación

• Experience in management control and costing is required.
• Involvement with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares reporting elements, budgets, business plans and forecasts.
• Follows and analyzes performance against forecast and budget on daily, weekly and monthly cadence.
• Ensures accuracy of management control and costing data in the site ERP system.
• Ensures reliability of site gross margin and manages margin-related expenses during closing.
• Manages the Controlling department to optimize efficiency and profitability and compliance with local laws and Valeo standards.
• Alerts Financial Controller promptly on material risks affecting the company or employees.
• Coordinates with Product Lines or Regional Operations to ensure proper operation of GPS module.
• Approves e-proc requests and supports Group Ethics & Compliance.
