Formación

The Role

Site Contracts Negotiator II will be responsible for the successful negotiation and ongoing maintenance of clinical trial agreements and related clinical trial budgets, complex amendments, and other ancillary agreements with study sites.

Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Hands‑on experience creating, monitoring, and managing complex budgets for projects, performing cost‑benefit analysis, and understanding the financial impact of various decisions, experience in preparing clear, accurate financial reports (including escalations, tracking, auditing, quality reviews) and understanding compliance with internal and sponsor SOPs.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and related budgets, complex amendments, and other ancillary agreements with study sites using critical thinking, available tools/systems/documents, historical data, and adhering to departmental and/or client quality check requirements to protect ICON’s fundamental interests.
  • Maintain consistent communication with study sites and internal stakeholders in alignment with site contracts department and client requirements.
  • Track progress of site contracts agreements and related documents regularly in required ICON and client systems.
  • Proactively identify and raise risks while suggesting mitigation plans to meet established study milestones and planned site contract timelines.
  • File contractual documents as per department, ICON, and client requirements.
  • Attend and participate in study team project calls, as applicable.

  • 1+ years CRO experience in budget management
