- Graduate of Civil Engineering with a valid professional license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on relevant work experience in the supervision of building construction such as structural works, and architectural works & knowledge in the coordination of MEPF & other related works
- With exposure to project construction management such as coordination & quality control function, ensuring safety, quality & schedule of the project
- With knowledge of local codes & international standard specifications
- With knowledge of contractual communications and project documentation
- With good oral & written English communication skills, preferably with experience in an ISO certified Construction Company
- Must possess computer proficiency at least in MS Office applications (Work & Excel) & with knowledge in MS Project & AUTOCAD
Tasks & responsibilities
- Interface with co-engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and site office about day-to-day work plans, accomplishments, critical schedules, and quality control & assurance policies of KPI
- Report site coordinating issues with sub-contractors and team members.
- Coordinate safety efforts, quality control, and ISO quality manuals during working time and weekly cub-contractors meeting
- Interpret plans, drawings, details, and specs for sub-contractors and craftsmen workers
- Inspect all incoming materials, equipment & tools against specifications, drawings, and technical manufacturer’s data & control any item found with defects
- Physically attend all laboratory testing of acquired samples from the project sites, ensure that laboratory equipment is calibrated
- Inform supervisors of any non-conformities & responsible for their control until removal from the site, investigate the alleged causes of the failure of the material
- Perform daily onsite inspection of the sub-contractors workmanships, and materials being used, review daily QC sub-contractors reports & prepare QA reports
- Pro-active in the quality control and supervision of the project
- Prepare and distribute RFI’s
- Inform supervisors of site personnel problems
- Take & prepare meeting minutes for all sub-contractors' meetings
- Check shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Supervise sub-contractors, suppliers, and labor force & coordinate with Clients up to contractors until project completion
- Implement and oversee compliance of related processes based on the organization’s KTMS.PH Integrated Management System
- Execute all the necessary changes of related processes relevant to KTMS.PH Integrated Management System
