Job summary

Syneos Health in Mexico is seeking a Site Activation Specialist II to lead country-level start-up activities and ensure timely, compliant site activations across studies. You will manage local submissions, EC/RA interactions, and coordination with PMs, SAMs, and vendors to drive timelines and quality.

The role demands strong project management, detailed knowledge of GCP/ICH, and ability to navigate regulatory requirements, budgets, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Detailed knowledge of start-up processes and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to manage external vendors and budgets effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level site activation activities with quality and timeliness.
• Prepare and submit Local EC/RA applications and other local submissions.
• Coordinate with CSOs, PMs, and SAMs to ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor timelines, track hours, and escalate delays with contingency plans.
