Syneos Health in Mexico is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager to lead SSU deliverables with a global scope in LATAM. You will direct technical and operational SSU activities, ensuring activation-ready sites on time and within budget.

The role requires 3–4 years in site activation leadership within CRO environments, plus strong project, vendor, and stakeholder management, excellent communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 6 years CRO experience and/or 3–4 years in SSU/clinical trial environments.
• English advanced.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial processes across Phases II–IV and ICH GCP.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Site Start-Up (SSU) deliverables across country, region or globally on time and budget.
• Oversee all SSU activities from site selection to activation and lifecycle maintenance.
• Develop SSU timelines and report progress with risk plans to project teams.
• Mentor and supervise less experienced Site Activation Managers.
• Coordinate with major functions to ensure regulatory and budget compliance.
