Carrier is seeking a Materials Planner – SIOP to strengthen Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning across its Residential and Light Commercial businesses. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to improve planning tools, forecasting accuracy and supply alignment, driving operational excellence with data‑driven decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in supply chain or planning, with experience in forecasting, demand and inventory planning, plus ERP or planning

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, operations or related planning.
• Experience with forecasting, supply planning, demand planning, inventory planning or materials management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and ERP/planning systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support SIOP process improvements and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain PIPO plans aligning demand with factory supply.
• Analyze planning data and work with IT to define system requirements.
• Benchmark best practices and support standardized planning processes.
