A leading logistics company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations in Technopark, Binan Laguna. The successful candidate will supervise and motivate warehouse associates, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ideal applicants should possess a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse management. A competitive salary ranging from Php 25,000 - Php 35,000 is provided, along with various benefits including HMO and 13th month pay.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree holder
• With at least 3-5 years of experience as warehouse supervisor.
• With atleast 1-2 years of experience in Team lead or supervisory
• Amenable to work in Technopark, Binan Laguna
• Can attend face to face interview is a big advantage

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies.
• Enforce strict safety standards (like OSHA), security protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement changes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to management.
