A leading logistics company in Saltillo, Coahuila is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee Last Mile operations, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager in Last Mile Execution, with four key areas that you’ll always focus on: safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your Operation.
This role requires working with multiple business and technical teams across the company to manage successful Under the roof (UTR) performance, driving continuous improvement and enhancing carrier performance. The candidate must be effective in influencing leadership across customer service operations, technology teams, multiple support teams, multiple carrier partners and senior leadership.
