Grammer is hiring for a Shift Leader Production in Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico. You will coordinate daily production plans, ensure 5-minute meetings, track line issues, and escalate defects. You’ll oversee SAP entry, KPI boards, and staff training per the ILUO matrix to keep lines productive and safe.

Shift Leader Production

Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.

What are your main tasks?

• Review with the supervisor information from the daily production plan.
• Check that the 5-minute meetings are carried out, per production line. Open issues in the line QRAP, when a repetitive defect or safety problem is detected. Escalate the issues that were not resolved in the line GPQ, send them to the area GPQ.
• Review and/or capture material in the SAP system.
• Daily productivity log review.
• Manage staff training (ILUO Multivalence Matrix) and ensure that staff are working according to the ILUO matrix. / Update Polyvalence Matrices in KPI Boards
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment and ensure that the personnel in charge use it according to their work area.

What are your qualifications?

• Leadership/Personnel Management
• Production process assembly.
• Continuous improvement
• SAP Knowledge
• Teamwork.
• Production Basics.
• Preparatory or Technical Career in Plastics or Production Processes and/or related.
• Personnel Management, Strategy Development, Teamwork, Results Orientation.
• Basic English.
