• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing operations within a maquiladora environment.
• 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within Sheet Metal manufacturing.
• Experience with fabrication processes and welding operations.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily production operations to ensure compliance with production schedules.
• Supervise Sheet Metal manufacturing processes including fabrication and assembly.
• Monitor production efficiency and implement corrective actions as needed.
