Xideral is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Developer for remote projects based in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role focuses on developing, enhancing, and modernizing Microsoft 365 solutions to improve processes and efficiency, with emphasis on automation and continuous improvement.

You will work with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to deliver scalable solutions, provide production support, and document implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, enhance, and modernize SharePoint Online solutions to improve business processes and user experience.
• Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps) based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks.
• Develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Identify opportunities to modernize existing applications using Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and AI-driven modernization projects using Microsoft Copilot Studio when applicable.
