A global food solutions provider is seeking a dynamic Services Key Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and sales strategies in the Food & Beverage industry. The role requires significant travel and focuses on identifying customer needs while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, particularly in packaging or liquid food processing.

We are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Services Key Account Manager, as part of the Tetra Pak Services Sales Team, to manage and develop focused sales areas, and customer relationships from a Tetra Pak Services perspective. In this position, you will be the key point of contact for the customer, not only looking to ensure that their operational issues are resolved in a timely manner but identifying their needs and delivering solutions to drive mutual growth.
You will work with our customers in the Food & Beverage industry and look for opportunities inside and outside our existing customer base to sell our Services Portfolio and grow our Market.
You will be travelling up to 60% of your time to our customer sites.
The position is based in Polanco Mexico City, reporting to Services Director.
