Job summary

Citi is offering a rotational program designed to accelerate your career by exposing you to multiple roles within the Services business. You will rotate across two departments to gain hands-on experience across Services business lines and functions.

The program seeks final-year students or recent graduates who are fluent in English and Spanish, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and basic MS Office skills.

• You are in your final year of university (graduating until June 2027) or graduated within the last two years.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have a basic understanding of MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
