We are seeking a Service Desk Agent with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Incident Management Service Desk and Service Now with a strong background in Windows environments.

Qualifications
  • +2 years of experience as Service Desk Agent or Customer Service Agent
  • Possess a strong understanding of Incident Management processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Service Now for incident tracking and resolution.
  • ADVANCED PORTUGUESE IS A MUST
  • Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Display strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
  • 100% on site work in our offices in Guadalajara.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional support through the Service Desk addressing user inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Utilize Service Now to track manage and resolve incidents and service requests effectively.
  • Maintain and support Windows-based systems ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems and applications as needed.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of IT systems and tools.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and processes to support business growth.
