Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Manager to own search for HVAC clients, defining the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients inquire what moved. You will be the strategic voice at the table, making calls that shape client outcomes.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, AI-assisted content drafting, and local/multi-location SEO, with reporting in GA4 and Search Console, delivering quarterly client roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Manager, HVAC you own search for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
