Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Web Analyst to own data ingestion, CRM integration, and the data warehouse. You will design modular pipelines from ads and CRM to Looker dashboards, ensuring data quality and scalable reporting for education and nonprofit clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data engineering, Deep SQL and BigQuery experience, and strong Python skills, with a focus on marketing metrics and multi-client data governance.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or similar ETL tools.
• Strong SQL with BigQuery transformation and modeling experience.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, modular pipeline management.
• Python proficiency for API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC and marketing data structures.

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture across paid media and CRM.
• Build and maintain reliable CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Design and optimize the data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas.
• Create SQL schemas mapping multi-channel data in dbt/Dataform pipelines.
• Maintain CI/CD and data segregation for multi-client environments.
• Enable fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor data quality, diagnose issues, and communicate findings clearly.
