Descripción de la vacante

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with precision.

This senior, systems-first role demands fast setup and accuracy across multiple client brands, with strong fluency in Figma and a deep portfolio of design system work. Remote work from Latin America is supported.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout and variants; architecture, not just tidy files.
• Portfolio shows distinct client brands with consistent underlying rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming for pipeline readability.
