EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Trading Application Support Engineer to provide technical support to the trading desk and back-office, with a focus on bond/loan trading.

You will collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and operations to analyze requirements and implement robust solutions. You will maintain Python/SQL workflows, uphold automated testing, and build a strong internal knowledge base while helping onboard new joiners and driving continuous improvement across tools and

Formación

• At least 3 years of professional experience in financial technology or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and T-SQL for data querying and scripting.
• Proven Python programming for automation, scripting, and integration.
• Linux knowledge for troubleshooting and operations.
• Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day technical support for trading platform and integrations.
• Engage with traders, PMs, and operations to analyze requirements and implement solutions.
• Uphold SDLC standards with automated tests and regression practices.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base for operations and onboarding.
• Deliver training sessions and onboard new joiners to tools and processes.
• Contribute to team culture, vision, and results-focused mindset.
