Sanmina-SCI Systems de México in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Test Engineer 4 to validate that our products meet required functions. You will design test methods, develop protocols, perform data analysis and write reports in line with corporate procedures.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 8+ years in manufacturing, and strong English. You will work with electronics, ICT test systems, and statistical tools to support product launches and quality improvements.

Formación

• BS in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering with relevant manufacturing experience is required.
• Minimum 8 years in manufacturing in a related role and strong English skills are required.
• Experience with ICT test systems and statistics is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support software and hardware solutions using ICT test systems (Keysight 3070, Teradyne, others).
• Develop and support software and hardware solutions for functional testers.
• Conduct statistical analysis and improve the testing process.
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience with database management and project management.
• Influence others to adopt new concepts and approaches.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to ensure product launches and quality.
