Sanmina-SCI Systems de México is seeking a Test Engineer 2 with a strong background in ICT test systems and statistical analysis to design, develop, and validate testing solutions for electronics manufacturing. The role focuses on defining test methods, developing protocols, performing data analysis, and generating reports aligned with corporate procedures.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 8+ years in manufacturing, and advanced English language skills.

Formación

BS in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing in this or similar role.
Advanced English language.

Responsabilidades

Develop and support software and hardware solutions using ICT test systems (Keysight 3070, Teradyne, others).
Develop and support software and hardware solutions for functional testers.
Conduct statistical analysis and improve the testing process.
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Experience with database management and project management.
Influence others within the organization to adopt new concepts and approaches.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure product launches and quality standards.
Design and own test stations, interpret electrical schematics and write testing software code.
Communicate effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
