Cognizant is looking for an experienced SDET to join our Mexico team and drive UI and API automation initiatives. You will design scalable frameworks using Playwright-TypeScript and PyTest, while ensuring security validation and continuous testing across agile delivery squads.

The role demands expertise in automation, cross-browser testing, and collaboration with security, product, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Formación

• 10+ years of Quality Engineering and Test Automation experience.
• Playwright for UI and end-to-end automation testing.
• TypeScript/JavaScript for automation framework development.
• Python & PyTest for test automation and framework development.
• API Automation Testing (REST/SOAP API validation mocking and integration testing).
• CI/CD and DevOps experience with Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions Git and automated pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright-TypeScript and PyTest.
• Ensure application quality, security validation, and continuous testing across agile delivery teams.
• Lead automation initiatives and mentor team members while collaborating with development, product, and security teams.
