Sezzle is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager in Mexico City to translate complex fintech/product ideas into actionable technical plans. You will work with engineering, data, and design to ship high-quality features that drive performance and value for merchants and consumers.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of product experience in fintech or related fields, strong SQL skills, and hands-on familiarity with AI tools and data models within agile teams.

Formación

• 6-10 years of product experience in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, or AI-enabled products.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query and interpret data independently.
• Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Translate projects into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.
• Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, test hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to drive measurable outcomes.
