Fresenius Medical Care Reynosa site in Mexico is seeking a Senior Technical Procurement Project Administrator to coordinate procurement activities across major cross-functional projects involving new product introductions, sustaining changes, and supplier transitions.

You will partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Value Streams, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered in-spec, on-time, in-full, and within cost targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced program/project management experience, including risk and issue management.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, manufacturing environments, supplier management, and commercial/financial concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project, and Azure; Power BI, Business Objects, or Tableau experience is a plus.
• Professional Procurement certification/membership such as CIPS, ISM, or MBS is highly beneficial.
• Global professional experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to support global time zones

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Procurement activities for Adds, Changes, and Moves, including new product introductions, engineering changes, insourcing/outsourcing, and supplier changes.
• Manage Procurement project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, issues, and costs.
• Act as the key interface between Procurement, Category Teams, Value Streams, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers.
• Lead and coordinate assigned Procurement sub-teams within cross-functional projects.
• Partner with Category Management, Supplier/Cost Engineering, and Sourcing teams on supply-base impact and RFX activities.
• Monitor project deliverables and prepare metrics, governance reports, and updates for senior leadership.
• Drive required actions and escalations to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent Procurement in project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
• Support project portfolio alignment and capacity planning in accordance with global Procurement guidelines and applicable FME SOPs.

As a Senior Technical Procurement Project Administrator (Senior TPPM), you will coordinate Procurement activities across major cross-functional projects involving new product introductions, sustaining engineering changes, and supplier or sourcing transitions. You will partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Value Streams, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered in-spec, on-time, in-full, and within cost targets.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managerial Project Management positions for TPPM; minimum 8 years for Senior TPPM.


• Advanced program/project management experience, including risk and issue management.


• Strong knowledge of Procurement, manufacturing environments, supplier management, and commercial/financial concepts.


• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.


• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.


• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project, and Azure; Power BI, Business Objects, or Tableau experience is a plus.
