Fresenius Medical Care Reynosa plant is seeking a Failure Analysis Technician II to support product quality and reliability through investigation and documentation of component failures. This role collaborates with senior staff, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive mid‑ to low‑level analyses.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (associates preferred), bilingual EN/ES, and travel to the US visa. SAP and MS Office experience are a plus, with strong attention to detail and problem solving

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or related field preferred.
• 0-4 years' related technical experience preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Visa to travel to US is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of structured problem solving.
• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research component failures to improve product quality and reliability under general supervision.
• Define failure analysis strategies based on mid-low level investigation trends with senior staff.
• Enter each complaint part/device and investigation results into a failure analysis database.
• Provide assistance to junior staff with general support tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Escalate issues to supervisor for resolution when necessary.
• Assist with projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

As a Failure Analysis Technician II, you will support product quality and reliability by identifying, investigating, and documenting component and device failures. This role focuses on mid‑ to low‑level investigations, working under general supervision while collaborating closely with senior staff, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, follows established company policies and procedures and applies acquired job skills to identify and research component failures to improve product quality and reliability.
• Work with senior staff to define failure analysis strategies based on Mid-Low level investigation trends.
• Responsible for identifying and researching component failures to improve product quality and reliability.
• Enter each complaint part/device and investigation results onto a failure analysis database
• May provide assistance to junior staff with more general support tasks that require a better understanding of functions, as directed by immediate supervisor.
• May refer to senior staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise.
• Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary.
• Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Using knowledge of product able to provide reliable output on mid to low level investigations as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or related technical field Preferred.
• 0 - 4 years' related technical experience preferred
• Ability to perform component level troubleshooting with general supervision desirable.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and assembly drawings is a plus.
• Good understanding of mechanics.
• Visa to travel to US is required.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish). (Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in structured problem solving.
• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
