Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service team. You will investigate and troubleshoot escalations across backend services, databases and APIs; reproduce bugs in web and mobile apps; analyze logs; and implement small, safe fixes while documenting findings for Engineering.

This remote role from the EU requires excellent English (C1), strong SQL, PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent English skills (C1) in speaking and writing.
• Strong troubleshooting and code-reading abilities.
• Experience in Technical Support, SRE, or Engineering.
• Proven customer-facing experience in technical support.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot escalations across backend services, databases and APIs.
• Reproduce bugs in web and mobile apps; analyze logs and metrics.
• Implement small, safe fixes with clear documentation for Engineering.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering with findings.
• Track incidents and maintain runbooks to reduce escalations.
