Enroute in Monterrey seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements. You will perform technical assessments, ensure quality and delivery standards, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You will contribute to system optimization through architecture improvements, work within an Agile framework, and provide post-implementation support with full technical documentation.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional experience in systems analysis or similar roles.
• Ability to elicit requirements and document both functional and non-functional needs.
• Knowledge of data modeling, process modeling and data mapping.
• Experience writing testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• StrongSQL knowledge; Python used for querying/validation.
• Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, ETL and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira and GitHub for project delivery.
• Understanding of secure data handling and PII/financial data.

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements, perform technical assessments, and ensure solutions meet quality and delivery standards. The role involves collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication on requirements and project progress, and contributing to system and process optimization through architecture improvements and re-engineering initiatives. The analyst will work within an Agile framework, support troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout implementation and operations, and provide post-implementation support to minimize business disruption. Additionally, the role requires maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team, and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solution delivery.

6+ years of professional experience

Excellent communication skills.

Requirements gathering and documentation (functional and non functional)

Process modeling

Data modeling

Writing clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria

Understanding of relational databases, SQL, Python (for querying and validation)

Data mapping and transformation documentation

Data Analysis using Excel, SQL tools, or BI platforms

Ability to read and interpret system architecture diagrams and technical specifications

Understanding of microservices and distributed systems concepts

Familiarity with ETL processes

GitHub or other version control basics

Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira).

Expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) for managing delivery

Understanding of SDLC processes

Familiarity with secure data handling, especially sensitive financial data and personally identifiable information (PII).

Highly preferred:

Experience in the insurance/financial industry
