Job summary

Jabil is looking for an experienced Quality professional to lead supplier quality management, containment, and corrective actions across programs. You will drive supplier improvements, develop inspection plans, and oversee the SCAR process.

The role requires a strong electro/mechanical background, ability to read drawings, and extensive experience in Quality/Manufacturing Engineering. Bachelor's in engineering and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with supplier quality processes and DOE/CPK/Gauge R&R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement supplier quality strategy across programs.
• Lead containment and resolution of supplier quality issues.
• Develop inspection plans and methods; supervise Receiving Inspection Auditors.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions through SCAR.
