Jabil is seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality Manager to lead IQC/SQE activities, define supplier quality strategies, and drive improvements across programs. You will interact with suppliers, internal teams and customers to resolve non-conformances and ensure robust corrective actions.

The role requires a strong electro/mechanical background, experience in quality or manufacturing engineering, and ability to read mechanical drawings. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will be essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering background preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement supplier quality strategies to improve quality and cost across programs.
• Lead containment and resolution of supplier quality issues and drive corrective actions via SCAR process.
• Develop inspection plans and methods; direct Receiving Inspection Auditors.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure timely resolution of production-critical issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
