Abbott in Mexico City seeks a Senior Strategic Project Manager to manage, coordinate and align change associated with Ms&T strategic projects, including new products, technologies, or processes to shorten time to market with minimal disruption to plant operations and costs.

You will estimate costs, allocate resources, liaise with other areas for required contributions, and conduct project meetings to report status in alignment with Abbott's strategy. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing projects in big pharmaceutical companies.
• Project management, financial skills, pharmaceutical production, quality system management.
• English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage strategic products as introduction of alternate sources, new products, processes or technologies to reduce time to market and costs.
• Prepare designs and work specifications; develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; select materials, equipment, project staff, and contractors
• Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete
• Monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met
• Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project
• Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team in alignment with Abbott, Division, Country and Plant strategy
