AgileEngine seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure enterprise infrastructure health across on-premise and SaaS platforms. You will manage Kubernetes clusters, implement monitoring and observability with Snowflake/OpenTelemetry, and drive reliability initiatives.

You will be on-call for incident response, RCA, and automation, using Python, Bash, or Go to streamline tasks across ESM and ECP environments. Fluency in English is required; remote work options available.

Formación

• 4+ years of infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and related SRE tasks.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry ecosystems.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or Go).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide core system administration for the enterprise infrastructure.
• Focus on maintenance, scaling, and operational stability of on-premise and SaaS-hosted systems.
• Manage and scale containerized environments using Kubernetes.
• For ECP-focused roles: perform monitoring and observability tasks to ensure system health.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
