AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to provide core system administration and operational stability for enterprise on-premise and SaaS-hosted systems. You will manage Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, and observability using Snowflake and OpenTelemetry.

Join a people-first culture and participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and RCA. You will automate infrastructure tasks with Python, Bash, or Go, ensure health across ESM and ECP

Formación

• 4+ years of infrastructure management experience required.
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster management and containerized environments.
• Strong background in monitoring, observability, and SRE tasks.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry ecosystems.
• Proficient Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Bash, Python, Go).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide core system administration for enterprise infrastructure.
• Maintain and scale on-premise and SaaS-hosted systems for stability.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes-based environments.
• For ECP roles: focus on monitoring and observability tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and RCA.
• Automate infrastructure tasks with scripting and IaC.
