As a Senior Software Sales Director, you will play a critical role in growing our enterprise customer base and driving large-scale software deals. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who has deep experience selling enterprise ITSM software, combined with strong technical fluency and the ability to independently lead technical conversations — not just rely on solutions engineers. You will also contribute directly to the development of sales enablement materials such as decks, playbooks, and competitive guides.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging between $90,000 to $110,000 plus commission, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $180,000 to $225,000+.
