Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

This position is a Hybrid position to work from Mexico. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients in the US.

Key Technical Skills:

• Accessibility Testing (axe DevTools, WAVE, NVDA/JAWS, WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Security QA (OWASP Top 10, Burp Suite, API validation, SSO, RBAC)
• Performance Testing (Lighthouse, GTmetrix, WebPageTest, JMeter)
• Functional Testing (Manual & Automated, CMS workflows, cross-role validation)

Role Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with extensive experience in web application and CMS testing. You will lead comprehensive QA efforts across functional, accessibility, security, performance, and content validation areas—ensuring ADA compliance, secure integrations, and optimized user experiences.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories
• Perform QA across publishing workflows, form submissions, and integrations
• Conduct accessibility audits and validate compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA & CA Govt. Code 11135
• Identify and validate security vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, etc.)
• Execute performance testing and recommend improvements
• Validate content migration accuracy (formatting, links, metadata)
• Document defects, report using Jira, and collaborate with development teams

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of QA experience in CMS and web environments
• Proven success in launching ADA-compliant, secure, and high-performance sites
• Experience in public sector projects is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
